Tangible expands charity data toolTangible, the Cello-owned agency, has developed a data insight desktop tool – created specifically for client Unicef – to target a wider market of charities and commercial brands.
DonorPro landed a gong at the recent Institute of Fundraising Insight Awards for ‘Insight on a Shoestring’. It has been redesigned for use by any company which wants to better understand existing customers by comparing them to other audiences and is being supplemented by DonorScope.
DonorPro combines client data with powerful demographic and research datasets, and enables marketers to understand how customer profiles compare to other competitive sectors, or even the whole UK population.
It can also be tailored using flexible audience selections to analyse specific segments – such as those who were recruited in a certain year, or bought a particular product – and compare these subsets to the customer base overall.
Unicef UK direct marketing retention manager Vicky Collins said: “Being empowered with tools like DonorPro that provide insight is a really exciting and key step for us as a charity. It helps us to raise vital funds for our work for children across the world.”
