
Paul Reading (pictured, below, left) joins as head of art, from Savvy, where he first worked with Wall. He has also had spells as an art director at Leo Burnett, D’Arcy, Rapp and Rapier and will oversee a team of three art directors in his new role.
Mailie Lee (below, middle) takes up the post of creative services manager, switching from M&C Saatchi. She previously held the same title at Tullo Marshall Warren and her new role will see her drive a proactive approach to creative development across the agency.
Paul McDermid (below, right) has been appointed head of design, heading up the design team and studio. He joins from G2 Joshua, where he was design director, and has also held senior positions at Tequila and My Agency.
Wall joined Table 19 in May this year, having quit The Marketing Store – where he replaced Mike Cavers – a month before.

He said: “With their proven top-agency experience, all three will help us drive our creative offering forwards and ensure our clients get the outstanding thinking they deserve.”
