
The new recruits include creative lead Sam Hills; organic social lead Amanda Elliott; performance lead Megan Rae Grove; social creative Ella Noonan; account manager Simon Grabham; and senior performance executive Lilo Schiffbauer.
Hills joins from The Fifth, where he was a senior creative and brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked on brands including UKTV, Eurostar, DKNY, and McLaren Racing. At Buddy Media, he will work alongside the agency’s first ever creative director Nik Marinkovic, who joined earlier this year, to help build and define the creative department.
Meanwhile, Elliott joins from Ralph Creative, where she was a senior strategist, and will lead on strategic development and the day-to-day management of client accounts, working on brands including Edgewell, Aviva, and Cheval.
In addition, Rae Grove switches from AKA UK, where she was digital director. In her new role, she will focus on the client Edgewell, using her experiences working on campaigns for British Museum, Harry Potter and The Cursed Child and Stranger Things on Stage.
Next up is Noonan, formerly social creative at Coolr. With experience in creative problem-solving, she will focus solely on Aviva, taking concepts from ideation through to execution across Buddy’s social channels.
Last, but by means least Grabham joins from Newgen and will lead client management and production across Bulldog and Aviva, and Schiffbauer, who comes from a background in nonprofit marketing, will be working across on brands including Wilkinson, Hawaiian tropic, Bulldog as well as Cheval.
