Data-driven marketing giant Epsilon has strengthened its senior management team by poaching Rapp new business director Nick Corkill to head up client services on the company’s Dell account across the EMEA region.
Corkill, who becomes vice-president of client services for Dell, will also work closely with Epsilon’s creative team to build its creative footprint internationally and report directly to Matthew Simons, senior vice-president EMEA.
Epsilon has been providing experiential marketing solutions, email marketing programmes and lifecycle communication strategies to Dell Technologies for almost a decade and recently implemented its Agility Loyalty platform to launch the Dell Advantage Rewards loyalty programme globally.
Epsilon’s other clients include Google, Jaguar Land Rover, Procter & Gamble, Marks & Spencer, Barclays and Hilton Worldwide.
Having started his career at Meta-morphix, Corkill first joined Rapp in 2010, moving up the ranks to business director. He returned to the Omnicom agency in 2015 after a two year spell at OgilvyOne. Over the years he has worked on a raft of high-profile clients, including L’Oréal, Christie’s, Post Office, BBC Worldwide, Best Western and Open University.
Simons said: “Nick is a seasoned client services leader with considerable industry experience, across business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients. He will be an important asset to our team and will enable us to further differentiate Epsilon from its competitors.”
Corkill added: “Epsilon is keenly focused on accelerating performance and success for its clients leveraging data, technology and creative solutions. Its impressive client list, digital creative services, data and strategic intelligence and world-class technology are unrivalled. I look forward to contributing to positive outcomes for clients through data-driven, highly personalised creative.”
