The Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing (IDM) is launching a new mobile app which offers a short interactive course introducing the fundamental principles of direct and digital marketing.
Developed using the latest mobile technology, the app is claimed to be easy to use and combines a number of skills tests with expert content from one of the IDM’s most popular qualifications.
Users are also encouraged to find out how their scores rank against their peers via an in-app leaderboard.
IDM programme director Jane Cave said: “We’re all about providing new and engaging opportunities for marketers to improve their skills and careers. The IDM app is a quick, easy and fun way for marketers to test what they already know, as well as to learn something new.
“One of the best features is that they can play to their competitive nature by pitting themselves against fellow marketers to get the highest scores.”
The full IDM app, which represents Module One of the IDM Award in Direct & Digital Marketing, is available for iPhone or iPad via the App Store or for Android devices via the Play Store.
