Inside Ideas Group drafts in global social media director

Kat CallowInside Ideas Group, the in-house agency specialist which owns Oliver and Dare, is beefing up its senior team with the appointment of its first global social media director.
Kat Callow brings a decade of experience in creative and technological roles, spanning immersive social, artificial intelligence, voice and digital media strategy.
She joins from HMD Global, where she was director of digital adventures, running online advertising for the next generation of Nokia Android devices. She also led the rebrand of mobile game Snake as a Facebook AR game, breaking the platform’s record with 668 million organic plays.
Prior to that, Callow was global media manager, digital 2.0 at Unilever and global brand manager at Ferrero.
In her new role, she has been briefed to help Inside Ideas Group’s largest clients gain speed, agility and more control across all creative globally.
