Clear M&C Saatchi, the agency group’s global consultancy specialising in brand, experience, and innovation, has appointed its first global CX strategy director with a brief to embrace “data and technology to find clarity for clients”.
Sara Parrish joins from London-based Krow Group, where she held the position of CX lead, having previously worked at Rapp and Proximity London.
Parrish has worked across a variety of verticals and sectors, from start-ups to multinationals in travel, retail, and food and drink, and has spent her career activating the right mix of channels, communications, and touchpoints that deliver growth for clients.
The agency insists this is an “exciting juncture in the evolution of Clear’s offer”, with the team recently advising a range of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies on high-profile, CX-focused projects.
UK managing director Anna King commented: “Sara’s sharp focus on CX and incredible enthusiasm for her practice impressed us right away, and we’re thrilled to have her on board. The truly global nature of this newly created role adds another layer to our existing offer and experience credentials. We are looking forward to delivering more connected customer experiences across borders as both our team and client list continue to grow.”
Chief strategy officer Rhonda Hiatt added: “Sara’s background in CX and martech is an ideal fit for where Clear operates at the intersection of brand, innovation, and experience, leveraging data and technology to find complete clarity for our clients. Sara’s deep passion for CX and the cross-category expertise she brings will be invaluable in creating strategic impact for global brands.”
