M&C Saatchi brings in CX chief for Clear global role

sarah parrishClear M&C Saatchi, the agency group’s global consultancy specialising in brand, experience, and innovation, has appointed its first global CX strategy director with a brief to embrace “data and technology to find clarity for clients”.

Sara Parrish joins from London-based Krow Group, where she held the position of CX lead, having previously worked at Rapp and Proximity London.

Parrish has worked across a variety of verticals and sectors, from start-ups to multinationals in travel, retail, and food and drink, and has spent her career activating the right mix of channels, communications, and touchpoints that deliver growth for clients.

The agency insists this is an “exciting juncture in the evolution of Clear’s offer”, with the team recently advising a range of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies on high-profile, CX-focused projects.

UK managing director Anna King commented: “Sara’s sharp focus on CX and incredible enthusiasm for her practice impressed us right away, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
