Premium spirits and wine company Pernod Ricard UK has appointed MRM Meteorite to create digital engagement and e-CRM programmes across its entire portfolio of brands in the UK, following a five way pitch.
The company has tasked MRM Meteorite to develop data-driven communications and digital experiences across all of Pernod Ricard’s spirit and wine brands, including Absolut Vodka, Chivas Regal, Brancott Estate, Havana Club, Jacobs Creek, Malibu and Jameson among many others.
Pernod Ricard UK manages some of the most popular alcoholic drinks brands in the UK and in the last two years has significantly invested in its capabilities to develop digital communications.
Sille Opstrup, head of digital for Pernod Ricard UK, said: “MRM Meteorite impressed us with their ability to distil our brand’s rich provenance into actionable insight that will increase engagement with our customers. They showed us how we can make the most of our technical infrastructure and the data we have and we’re looking forward to applying their skills across our relationship programmes.”

The pitch process was managed directly by Pernod Ricard UK with the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA).
