Partners Andrews Aldridge managing partner Polly Jones has been appointed MD of the Engine-owned agency, in a move which completes the new management line-up following the departures of both founder Steve Aldridge and managing partner and new business chief Paul Vallois.
Jones joined Partners in 2013 from OgilvyOne, where she was managing partner, running the Department of Health brief.
She started her management career at Wunderman in 2001 as business director, switching to Rapier five years later to take up the same role. In October 2007, Jones joined AIS London as client services director, leaving to take up the job at OgilvyOne in 2010.
Jones joins the senior management team which comprises chief executive Martin Nieri, executive creative director Aaron Goldring and chief strategy officer Andrew Smith.
Aldridge left in May, while Vallois took up the role of managing director of mobile agency Nimbletank last month.
Nieri said: “Polly has proved her immense worth during her four years at Partners and as we grow our offering, she has the breadth of skills and panache to push us to the next level of success.”
