Rob Macdonald goes global as Mars Agency takes off

rob_mcdonaldMars Agency executive creative chief Rob Macdonald has been promoted to the role of global chief creative officer to guide innovation and growth for clients around the world.

Macdonald, the former ECD of Arnold KLP, joined the agency in 2016, following a spell as a freelance.

In his new role, Macdonald will guide marketing and advertising activity on a global scale from the agency’s London office, with insight-driven creative.

In addition, he has been charged with providing the agency’s rapidly growing creative team with the resources, skills, and opportunities needed to achieve their full potential and drive greater success for clients.

Macdonald will also now extend his leadership to the US, Canada, and around the world, establishing practices that are designed to seamlessly connect the agency’s creative output with its data and planning capabilities.

Founded in 2010, The Mars Agency’s client list includes Coca-Cola, Molson Coors, Unilever, Samsung and Mondelez International.
