TMW Unlimited is on the hunt for a new chief executive following the departure of Chris Pearce, who has held the role for the past four years.
Pearce joined the agency in 2007 as business director from Blowfish, the integrated agency he co-founded in 1998. He held a number of senior roles at TMW – including chief client officer, managing director and joint CEO, before becoming CEO in November 2015.
Details of his new role have not been released.
At TMW, managing director Alex Burley has been promoted to chief operating officer and will take over Pearce’s role until a successor is appointed.
Group CEO Richard Marshall – who co-founded the business with Paul Tullo and Chris Warren back in 1987 – will also step into the breach.
The agency’s clients include LNER, Vodafone, HSBC, Shell UK, Ferrero, Coty, and Nissan Europe.
Group president Tim Bonnet is quoted as saying: “Chris has made a great contribution to TMW over the last 11 years. We thank him for all his hard work and wish him the very best for the future.”
