Unlimited, the marketing services group behind TMW Unlimited and Nelson Bostock, is rebranding its B2B agencies under the TMW Business banner as recently appointed CEO Tim Hassett continues to implement a restructuring programme.

Having already rebranded Direction Group, along with Prophesy, under the TMW banner earlier this year, First Base and Direction Group will now become TMW Business.

Direction Group joint MDs, Trish Harriss and Debbie Bough, will remain in these roles in TMW Business, while First Base managing director Faye Hawkins becomes of MD of the agency’s London team.

TMW Business will operate as a specialist division of TMW Unlimited, meaning the combined agency will now offer both B2B and B2C  marketing.

Both agencies will tap into Unlimited’s Human Understanding Lab, unveiled earlier this week, which aims to put scientific understanding of human behaviour at the heart of its thinking and creativity to bring a more human-centric and emotionally connected approach to client performance.

TMW Business will provide a full range of integrated B2B marketing services across the customer journey with specialist services including content marketing, account-based marketing, automation, sales enablement, channel marketing and performance marketing. Clients include Microsoft, Canon, Fujitsu and Cognizant.

The new business will have over 50 staff and will operate virtually and from offices in Reading and London.

TMW Unlimited chief executive Chris Mellish said: “With the addition of TMW Business, our proposition continues to go from strength to strength, offering true marketing integration across both B2C and B2B target audiences.”

Harriss added: “For TMW Business, B2B marketing is all about people. But unlike other agencies we are not just humanising B2B, we’re using data and insight through the Human Understanding Lab to really understand people and create ideas that combine emotion and motivation to drive action.”
