Lebara appoints Specialist Works to boost messaging

SIM-only mobile network Lebara, which recently jumped into bed with Big Narstie and Grime Gran for a new ad campaign, has recruited a new media agency as it continues its quest to promote its “smarter, fairer” proposition.

The Specialist Works has become the brand’s full-service media agency of record following a competitive pitch process run by Effective Collective, Lebara’s strategic marketing advisors.

The business was previously handled by Here & Now 365 and Squadron.

The appointment marks a significant step forward for Lebara as it doubles down on delivering its ‘Holy Trinity’ for customers: market-leading customer service, the assurance of a reliable network, and a phenomenal price.

At the same time, the company is turning up the heat on big mobile networks by continuing its “Smarter Mobile Network” assault.

The Specialist Works will be working alongside Lebara’s long standing creative agency Double W Worldwide,  consumer PR agency Pretty Green and strategic marketing advisors Effective Collective – as an integrated team built to collaborate, challenge convention and deliver audience-first, outstanding commercial results.

The new partnership is designed to ensure that Lebara’s  “Smarter” storytelling with its sharp comedic take on the big mobile networks reaches even more customers who are ready for a mobile network experience that’s refreshingly straightforward – and fun.
