Kinase has won the task following a four-way pitch and has been briefed to support the company’s lead generation strategy, covering traditional campaigns, as well as expansion plans.
Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Caerphilly, Wales, PHS provides essential workplace services and safety solutions to over 120,000 customers across more than 300,000 locations.
The company’s digital marketing strategy is currently managed through a combination of an in-house digital team and digital agency Spindogs, which manages technical SEO and content refinement.
Kinase will initially focus on integrating PHS’s own data with its marketing campaigns, while transforming their overall marketing data management. The goal is to increase the efficiency of lead generation by giving smart bidding the data it needs to bid more effectively to drive more high value business customers.
PHS head of digital Alex Palmer said: “We understand the importance of putting strong data foundations in place that align our CRM and digital marketing to support our growth.
“Kinase impressed us with their collaborative approach and long-term strategic planning to help us hit our wider business goals, not just our lead gen targets.”
Kinase founder and director Richard Brooks added: “PHS is an exciting business with big growth plans. I’m delighted that they have chosen Kinase as their strategic digital partner, to support their ambitious expansion plans. This plays right to our strengths in B2B and lead gen expertise.”
