ann summersAnn Summers, the favoured retailer for those seeking a little extra in the bedroom, is aiming to firm up its sales performance by implementing a  new customer experience platform, to get shoppers begging for more.
The company, which already uses Jaywing-owned Epiphany for search engine optimisation, pay-per-click and programmatic advertising strategies, has chosen Biglight’s Customer Experience Optimisation (CXO) process.
Biglight’s specialists will work closely with the Ann Summers team to identify, prioritise and test improvements to the customer experience, in order to deliver revenue growth.
The London company’s client base also includes Halfords, Nike, Burberry, Furniture Village, Eurostar and Specsavers.
Ann Summers head of brand and digital Jo Hyder said: “We engaged Biglight to support our mission of delivering a better shopping experience, they showed a great understanding of our business objectives, as well as offering significant experience in the retail sector.
“Our business felt confident they would be able to help us achieve our goals quickly and support us, where needed, as we move forwards.”
