Ann Summers ties up new customer experience package

ann summersAnn Summers, the favoured retailer for those seeking a little extra in the bedroom, is aiming to firm up its sales performance by implementing a  new customer experience platform, to get shoppers begging for more.
The company, which already uses Jaywing-owned Epiphany for search engine optimisation, pay-per-click and programmatic advertising strategies, has chosen Biglight’s Customer Experience Optimisation (CXO) process.
Biglight’s specialists will work closely with the Ann Summers team to identify, prioritise and test improvements to the customer experience, in order to deliver revenue growth.
The London company’s client base also includes Halfords, Nike, Burberry, Furniture Village, Eurostar and Specsavers.
