CRM agency Armadillo has appointed former Havas Helia planning director Fiona Craig as strategy director to spearhead client strategy and leading and direct the agency’s planning team.
The move follows the appointment of Armadillo’s first digital design director Rob Pellow in the summer and the management buyout in February.
The agency’s client include McDonald’s, Disney and Hotels.com.
Craig worked in planning and strategy roles for a range of businesses including Redtag, Friends Life and Sun Life before joining Havas Helia in April 2016.
