Dentsu acquires B2B insights company to boost Gyro

b2bgyroDentsu Aegis Network is bolstering its commitment to B2B marketing by acquiring global insights company B2B International, which will become part of Gyro.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in the UK, the company has offices across Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific. It specialises in bespoke market research solutions for its global clients, which include 600 of the world’s largest blue-chip companies including Stanley Black & Decker, BASF, E.On and Bridgestone.
Gyro was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016, has 17 offices worldwide and is headquartered in New York. Its clients include HP, Vodafone, Danone, eBay and Google.
The acquisition has been spearheaded by Gyro UK, although the financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
