AIS London has bolstered its client services team with two new hires – Louise Roberts and Iain Munro – who will head up the National Express and Škoda accounts.
Roberts joins as group account director from WDMP, where she held the same role. At AIS, she will manage the National Express CRM and content account – including social and digital strategies – which the agency scooped in January.
Roberts has also worked at Sapient Nitro, TBCH and BBH across fully integrated campaigns for Sky, GlaxoSmithKline, Lucozade and Three mobile.
Meanwhile Munro has joined from Geronimo and will head up the Škoda account, covering CRM, social, digital and data strategy for the automotive brand, which has been at AIS virtually since the agency was founded in the late Nineties.
He has previously held roles at TMW, Baber Smith and Proximity London, working across the Unilever portfolio, Direct Line, Save the Children and RNLI.
AIS London managing director Liz Barnsdale said: “Iain and Louise are great additions to the client services team. Their breadth of knowledge and experience will help us continue to deliver the results for our client’s businesses.
“At AIS, we make a demonstrable difference to the businesses we work with and our new hires are essential to our ability to continue to do this. Both Iain and Louise are key to the growth of the agency this year and we’re thrilled to have them on board.”
