Jaywing recruits Guardian chiefJaywing is beefing up its client offering by launching a content unit headed up by Mike Hepburn, co-creator of the Guardian Professional Networks, as content marketing director.
Formerly head of public services networks at The Guardian, Hepburn has worked on major brand partnership campaigns for clients ranging from blue-chip corporates to charities.
Having previously held senior roles at GMTV, Dods Group and APCO UK, he brings with him extensive knowledge of the media and PR landscape.
In this new role, Hepburn will use the combined skills of the teams at Jaywing and recently acquired search agency Epiphany to build an integrated content marketing service. The offering will bring together content strategy and creation, PR, data capture, brand development, media planning and buying, blogger outreach, SEO and social media strategy.
Hepburn takes up the position with immediate effect and he will be based at Jaywing’s London office in Farringdon.
