Parry was previously EVP of client management, where she led relationships across Jellyfish’s global client portfolio, including Boots, Deckers, Apple and Workday.
During her tenure, she has played a central role in scaling client partnerships, driving measurable business outcomes, and strengthening the company’s integrated approach across media, creative and data.
She brings more than two decades of international experience, including senior roles at Mindshare New York, where she served as global managing director and managing partner on the BlackRock business, overseeing complex, multi-market operations and delivering transformation at scale.
In her new role, Parry will be responsible for the performance and growth of the UK and Ireland business, with a focus on deepening client impact, advancing Jellyfish’s AI-driven capabilities and accelerating collaboration across the wider Brandtech Group. She joins the UK leadership team under Brandtech UK CEO Lisa De Bonis.
Jellyfish global chief executive Nick Emery said: “Steph brings a rare combination of sharp commercial instinct and deep client understanding, and she’s been a huge part of strengthening both our relationships and how we show up as a business. She knows what it takes to drive growth in a complex, global environment, and consistently creates teams people want to be part of.”
Parry added: “Jellyfish has built a powerful model at the intersection of talent, technology and creativity. The opportunity now is to scale that impact further. My focus will be on translating our integrated capabilities, from AI-driven media and creative to emerging areas like GEO, into tangible business outcomes for our partners and clients, while continuing to invest in the people and culture that make us unique, underpinned by a commitment to DEI.”
