Keko London has strengthened its grip on the Bentley Motors marketing account after being handed extra responsibilities for the luxury car marque following a formal review process involving three other agencies.
The agency, which was launched in 2013, will continue to handle all brand and product strategy, as well as global campaign creation.
In addition it will also look after regional and retail implementation for the UK, Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions. and also takes over the strategic briefs on aftersales and pre-owned work for global markets.
Keko London’s client list also includes Bugatti and Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery
The Volkswagen-owned car brand, which is the vehicle of choice for pop stars and footballers alike, can trace its roots back to 1919, when Walter Owen Bentley registered the company name and started to make racing cars. Following the firm’s collapse in the 1930s, it was acquired by Rolls-Royce, which ran the company until it was bought by VW in 1997.
Its brands include Continental, Flying Spur, Bentayga and Mulsanne, with prices starting at about £150,000, although there is an 18-month waiting list on some models.
