Lida is boosting its operations, consumer insight and marketing technology capabilities with three senior new recruits, who will work across its key accounts of Boots, Ikea, O2 and Royal Mail.
Paula Jago (pictured, centre), who has a wealth of experience in senior operational roles, as well as business analyst and creative services manager roles, joins as chief operating officer.
She has acted as a consultant for both agencies and clients over the last five years, with her last agency role being managing director of operations at DigitasLBi. She has also worked as a special advisor for BIMA, the British Interactive Media Association.
Prior to DigitasLBi, Jago worked at Profero, Bank of America and WPP, helping them identify efficiencies.
Meanwhile, Oliver Kunze (far left) has been hired as head of commercial consumer insight, from AMV BBDO where he was head of analytics. Before that, he was client-side at Volkswagen China, having worked in brand intelligence and senior planner roles at a number of companies. He has also held senior commercial planning roles at FCB Inferno and Wunderman.
Finally, Jason Hard (far right) joins as head of marketing technology from British Gas. Previously, he worked at mobile operator Three, and as a consultant, was lead CRM architect and planning marketing manager at organisations including CACI, BSkyB and Telefónica, where he helped implement customer engagement best practice.
Lida chief executive Victoria Fox said: “Together they bring a wealth of client-side experience and will help to ensure Lida continues to evolve in pace with our clients, bringing us even closer to their customer and commercial needs. In a year of change for us, these senior appointments will ensure we are leading our category from the front.”
