Experience agency Splendid Unlimited has scooped a trio of account wins which lean on Unlimited’s Human Understanding Lab to drive growth in a move that coincides with three key appointments at the agency.
First up is jewellery brand Live Diamond, for which Splendid will develop a new digital experience strategy, including brand expression, that will inform the direction of its new ecommerce website. Owned by leading Italian brand Morelatto, the site will be rolled out globally in September.
The agency has also been appointed by global recruitment firm Michael Page, and will work with sister shop Realise Unlimited – and the brand’s in-house data teams – to promote data-driven decision-making and maximise efficiency around the recruitment process.
The contract is extensive, and the cross-division teams will work with Unlimited’s data science teams as part of its Human Understanding Lab to best use data.
Finally, public blockchain platform Cardano has briefed Splendid to deliver a number of workstreams related to its new browser-based Light wallet ‘Lace’, launched at the Consensus conference in Texas in May. Cardano is an open-source and decentralised platform, designed to facilitate peer-to-peer transactions with its internal cryptocurrency, ADA.
The accounts wins coincide with three key appointments. Alex Harrold joins as UX director after spending more than 15 years at Good Technology; Henrietta Knight has been promoted to head of operations, having worked as a senior project manager at the agency for the past five years; and Michelle McCarthy joins as director of growth, following spells at Coherence Digital, Samsung Electronics and Hogarth Worldwide.
