
The move sees Emma Wales promoted to client services director from her previous role as group account director. She has been with the agency for 12 years, having joined from Bluefrog in 2013. Prior to that, Wales worked at Galilelo Intgrated Marketing and Hicklin Slade.
Meanwhile, senior copywriter Polly Jones, who has been at WPNC for 19 years, has been promoted to creative director; and head of delivery Richie Florey, who joined the agency in 2014 from Targetbase Claydon Heeley has been handed the role of production director.
Fundraising strategy director Hannah Wallis, who joined WPNC in January following a decade in several senior roles at Guide Dogs, including interim director of fundraising, completes the new management line-up.
Founder Maria Phillips continues as director of film and TV, supporting the new senior management team across all aspects of TV, both on- and offline.
Meanwhile, founder and managing director John Eversley takes on new responsibility for business development as deputy chair. He remains a director of the company.
