It also offers a service helping customers to switch to renewable energy providers, offering company referrals to make renewable energy “more accessible and affordable”. It will also connect customers with solar panel, heat pump, battery and EV charger providers.
Meanwhile, the Ikea Family Credit Card, enables customers to spread the cost of small to medium-ticket purchases using flexible repayments, with 0% interest instalment plans for qualifying purchases.
Customers can also earn Ikea Family reward points as they shop, with one point for evey £5 spent at Ikea and one point for every £10 at any other retailer. The points can be redeemed for free products, discounts and other benefits.
