US tech advisory giant hires Grey to drive global growth

Global technology consulting firm and digital transformation specialist Synechron is aiming to build greater visibility and consistency across its B2B marketing activity as it continues to grow globally with the appointment of a new agency.

Grey London has picked up the brief following a competitive pitch process managed by Ingenuity+. The partnership will focus on the development of a new global brand platform across key B2B channels.

Headquartered in New York and operating globally, with key markets including the US, UK, UAE, India and Australia, Synechron helps leading organisations accelerate digital transformation by combining deep industry knowledge with advanced capabilities in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data engineering.

The company employs over 16,000 professionals globally and assists complex organisations by blending human creativity with innovative technology.

Grey London’s integrated WPP offering was pivotal to their selection, with WPP Media managing the comprehensive B2B media strategy, planning, and buying elements.

The new partnership will see Grey London develop a brand platform designed to strengthen Synechron’s positioning across channels, including OOH, digital and major industry events.

Grey’s winning proposal centred on developing a campaign platform that could evolve into a long-term brand platform with lasting relevance in the market, capturing Synechron’s tone of voice to help the business stand apart from its competition.

Synechron VP global head of brand marketing Christina Savvas said: “This marks a major milestone for Synechron as we appoint Grey as our global agency partner. We were looking for a team that could understand both the scale of our ambition and the direction we want to take the brand globally. Grey London stood out throughout the process due to both its strategic thinking and integrated offer within the WPP network. We can’t wait to start this next chapter together.”

Grey London chief executive Jai Kotecha said: “We’re incredibly excited about this opportunity with Synechron. We’re here to create a famously effective brand platform that’s distinctive, resonates globally, and delivers real business impact for them. This partnership is all about making their vision stand out.”
