Go Inspire makes double hire as senior team expands

go_inspireGo Inspire is continuing to bolster its executive team with a double appointment of Paragon’s head of business development, Dimitri Kyprianou, and Adare’s head of strategic accounts, Ben Young, to senior roles.

Kyprianou has been recruited as proposition director (customer communications management and digital customer experience), after a career spanning over 20 years.

Having spent the first 11 years at Communisis, ultimately as director of creative and online channels, Kyprianou then had spells at Tech4T and Williams Lea Tag, before joining RR Donnelley as business development and transformation director in December 2018.

Within a year, he had transferred to Paragon after it acquired RR Donnelley in October 2019 and spearheaded the marketing, financial services and insurance sectors.

In his new role, Kyprianou will be working across Go Inspire’s client portfolio across online and offline channels.

He said: “I admire Go Inspire’s commitment to providing measurable performance and value to clients – delivering on promises has always been a guiding principle for me, and too many marketing providers are unable to demonstrate clear returns on client investments.”

Meanwhile, Ben Young has joined Go Inspire as development director for transactional communications.

He started his career at GE Capital in 2010, and then worked at Global Brands, Capita and Hobs On-site in business development roles and then spent nearly three years as head of utilities, insurance and strategic accounts at Adare SEC.

At Go Inspire, Young will work closely with the technical teams in developing solutions and commercial models, designed to deliver tangible business benefits and transformation opportunities.

He said: “It is a very exciting time to be joining Go Inspire, with its truly agile and innovative culture, continuous investment in service development, and an exceptionally strong financial position. I look forward to working as part of the team in delivering our clients’ business goals in 2021 and beyond.”

Go Inspire Group sales and commercial director Ben Snutch commented: “I’m delighted to welcome Dimitri and Ben to the team. As well as their extensive experience, both are committed to enhancing the customer journey and delivering positive outcomes for clients, in alignment with our goals as a group. They are an invaluable addition as we help our clients navigate new customer journeys and trends.”
