Mallory Simmonds joins from data-driven marketing agency Kepler Group, where she worked for over a decade, most recently as CEO across EMEA and APAC. She succeeds Melissa Chapman, who stepped down after an 11-year tenure.
Mallory will be responsible for driving the next phase of growth for Jungle Creations, building on its publisher-powered social agency model across client partnerships and the publishing capabilities, audience insight and creative infrastructure that support it.
At Kepler Group, Simmonds launched the business’s London office in 2018 and led the integration of Infectious Media following its acquisition in 2020. Before moving to London, she built and led Kepler’s Marketing Analytics practice in New York.
Her experience spans the intersection of data, media and commercial strategy, and she comes with a strong track record of growing agency businesses through both organic development and acquisition integration.
This combination aligns closely with Jungle’s publisher-powered social model, which leverages audience intelligence from its owned media brands to drive measurable business outcomes for clients, via its proprietary tools, Jungle iQ and Pollinate.
Simmonds joins chief operating and finance officer Katie O’Reilly, chief publishing officer Siobhan McDade and chief growth officer Jade Raad.
O’Reilly said: “Mallory stood out from the moment we met. She has a strong commercial mind, a genuine understanding of data and insights and appreciates what it takes to grow a business with real rigour behind it. She recognised what we are building at Jungle immediately, and that instinct matters as much as the experience she brings. We are incredibly excited to welcome her and know we are lucky to have her.”
Mallory added: “Social is a proven growth driver, and the brands winning today are those treating it as a business priority. Jungle is uniquely positioned to support this shift, operating at the intersection of world-class social publishing and outcomes-focused partnerships.
“The owned audience data and scaled creative infrastructure that power Jungle’s iconic media brands also supercharge its ability to deliver true business impact for clients. I am incredibly excited to be joining a team with both the talent and the ambition to define the next era of social.”
