Rapp bolsters senior strategy team

rapp trioRapp has beefed up its strategy team with three new hires, luring both senior agency and client-side experts on the back of a major recruitment drive.
Tina Christison (far left) has been appointed data and CRM strategy director at the agency, reporting to customer experience director Gavin Hilton.
She started her career client-side at Abbey National in 1991, then had spells at MHA Carlson, TBWA\GGT, Lida and OgilvyOne before setting up her own consultancy in 2005. Christison then returned to Carlson (now Aimia) in 2009, switching to Kitcatt Nohr as data planning director last year, from where she joins Rapp.
Graham Sharp (pictured, middle) joins as planning partner, having worked as a consultant since March after spending four years as a strategic planning director at Harte-Hanks/Information Arts. He started his first job in 1979 and his career has spanned a raft of agencies, including McCanns, Harrison Troughton Wunderman, TBWA Payne Stracey, Agency.com and Target.
Meanwhile, client marketer Jen Musgrave (pictured, right), who will also be a planning  partner, joins from mobile operator EE, where she has been the head of customer experience innovation since July 2011. Before that, she was the head of customer loyalty at BSkyB and the head of customer experience at Virgin Mobile.
Hilton said: “The strategies that answer today’s client briefs need to keep pace with the new technologically empowered and economically savvier consumer, who is only loyal to themselves, not to brands. All three hires give Rapp’s clients access to the best talent in the business to help them build their marketing strategies for the future.”
