Acxiom in deal to offer ‘hyper-personalisation at scale’

data2Acxiom has signed a strategic partnership with personalisation platform Boxever in a deal designed to strengthen to offer clients of the IPG-owned business what it insists will be “hyper-personalisation at scale”.

It is claimed the deal will boost Acxiom’s ability to provide a balanced portfolio of customer data platform offerings, with the aim of providing customer experiences to global clients in every industry.

The partnership is part of a series of digital transformation offerings Acxiom is launching in 2020 to deliver new value and more innovative, integrated solutions to the market, the company said.

Joint clients will have the ability to enhance customer profiles in Boxever with Acxiom’s repository of enrichment data, coupled with technology to enhance testing strategies that can help to quantify the value of the augmented data.

They will also be able to integrate with Acxiom’s Real Identity solutions, layering in identity management and resolution capabilities, allowing brands to build out a private ID graph that works across the entire business.

Meanwhile, clients will also receive bespoke guidance and on-hand support through the process, using Acxiom’s transformation framework for CDPs and “five Es methodology”.
