The agency, which rebranded from Billington Cartmell after appointing Rupert Howell to the board and has worked with Danone for a number of years, added the Volvic Water account last November, and Volvic Juiced in January.
It will now work on the Volvic, Evian and Badoit brands, managing their social media and other digital activiity for integrated campaigns. The incumbent was We Are Social, which lost out despite repitching for the business.
Danone Waters marketing director Sarah Dossett said: “HeyHuman’s pitch response was strategically spot on; they really got under the skin of our brands to understand how to creatively deliver against the brief.
“We’re incredibly excited about all of the ambitious 2016 plans that we’ll be working on with the HeyHuman team.”
The transformation of the agency kicked off last year, led by former Chime and ITV man Howell. He brought in adland new business director Helen Weisinger as managing partner. However, it seems that the shake-up was not so popular with chief executive Simon Marshall, who quit in May this year – after 18 months in the role – without a job to go to.
