Paragon Customer Communications has rebranded to simply Paragon as part of a major operational shake-up which sees UK chief executive Jeremy Walters promoted to spearhead all the regions in which the company operates.
The rebrand to will include a reorganisation of the company to reflect the full breadth of services it offers to clients, by defining seven distinct business lines: consulting and agency; customer communications; lead supply; supply chain management; business process outsourcing; workplace solutions; and print solutions.
Having evolved from its print heritage, the structure is designed to enable the business to better represent its current offerings and follows consultations with clients and stakeholders across the four regions Paragon operates in: Belgium and the Netherlands; Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE); Western Europe; and the UK, Ireland and Luxembourg.
Paragon says that Walters, who joined the business when it acquired DST Customer Communications in 2017, has already spearheaded growth, while promoting sustainability, inclusion and diversity throughout the business.
He has also successfully led diversification into new markets, including the integration of acquisitions, including Lettershop Group, Williams Lea CCM, Reason, Tod UK, three Howard Hunt Group businesses, Celerity Information Services, ORM and Graft Services.
Walters effectively takes over from Mike Gordon, who was appointed chief operating officer of the £1.3bn turnover Paragon Group late last year. A successor for Walters’ role as CEO for Paragon UK, Ireland and Luxembourg will be revealed later this month.
Walters said: “The decision to rebrand is hugely valuable to Paragon because it allows us to better position ourselves to deliver the increasingly diverse solutions we offer to our clients.
“It also brings together our different regions under a consistent brand identity, demonstrating that we are now a truly global business. This is the start of a new journey for our brand, and the next step in my own journey with Paragon.
“I’ve already spent the past few months meeting with our teams across Europe, and I’m excited about working closely with them to meet our clients’ challenges.”
