Partners Andrews Aldridge is continuing to strengthen its senior management with the appointment of DLKW Lowe creative services director Natalie Winford as operations director.
The appointment follows several new additions to the senior team, including managing partner Polly Jones, who joined from OgilvyOne and strategy director Erminia Blackden from Wunderman.
Winford, whose background is in ad agencies – having also worked at Euro RSCG and Grey Worldwide – has been tasked with building third party partnerships, as well as ensuring operational efficiency.
Partners Andrews Aldridge chief executive Martin Neiri said: “We’re growing and diversifying at a pace, and Natalie’s proven track record in delivering organisational efficiency will be invaluable in helping us maintain that growth.”
Neiri said the senior team will be boosted by one more top appointment before the end of the year.
Partners’ parent company, Engine Group, recently reported its operating profits had soared 46% in the first six months of this year, with 60% of its revenue now coming from digital marketing. During the past six months it has picked up a raft of new clients including Warburtons, Roll-Royce, Weston’s Cider, Tesco Mobile and Birds Eye in the UK.
At the time, Engine chief executive Peter Scott said: “In 2012 we focused the business on strengthening management. We continue to invest heavily in our businesses to provide broader and stronger platforms.”
