Partners Andrews Aldridge is bolstering its senior team with the appointment of Jessica Wilkie to the role of business director at the agency.
Wilkie will lead three key accounts, Rolls-Royce, RNLI and Wickes, helping to drive innovation and growth across the businesses. She will report to managing partner Polly Jones.
Wilkie joins Partners from Wunderman, where she led a 12-strong team as business director on the Ford of Britain account. In addition to delivering end to end programmes across the retail and fleet business for Ford, Wilkie also helped to implement an integrated communications strategy for Jaguar and led a new customer strategy for DeBeers.
Before Wunderman, Wilkie was a senior account director at CMW (now Stack) and prior to that held account director roles at Whitewater and DCH.
Jones said: “At Partners we’re always looking at ways to improve our clients businesses. With the addition of Jess we have someone who has huge experience in delivering seamless and powerful experiences across the entire customer journey, something that fits perfectly with us.”
Wilkie added: “Joining Partners represents a fantastic opportunity to work with an incredibly talented team. I’m looking forward to working with a range of prestigious clients and continuing the Partners’ tradition of producing outstanding customer engagement programmes.”
