Lida has strengthened its grip on the RBS account – which it has held for over two years – after being appointed to handle customer led strategy and planning.
The M&C Saatchi agency has been working on direct marketing and CRM for RBS’ Private offering since January 2013.
The new appointment extends Lida’s relationship with RBS and will see the agency working across the NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland portfolio in 2016.
The agency has been charged with leading a programme of activity that puts the customer at the heart of communications in support of its brand ambitions.
