Salocin Group gets in bed with no-code AI native Creatio

Salocin Group, the company behind agencies Edit, Join the Dots and Wood for Trees, has signed a major partnership deal with AI-native platform Creatio to automate workflows and CRM with no-code and a maximum degree of freedom.

The partnership adds Creatio to Salocin Group’s ecosystem of technology solutions, strengthening its commitment to offering what it calls “tech-agnostic, outcome-obsessed consultancy” across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors.

By integrating Creatio’s platform into its delivery and advisory capabilities, Salocin Group aims to empower clients with faster “speed to value”, in a move designed to automate key business processes and modernise supporter or customer engagement journeys, without the traditional barriers of cost, complexity or development overhead.

Salocin Group chief executive Nick Dixon said: “Our clients are increasingly seeking flexible, scalable solutions to improve and further personalise how they engage with supporters or customers, while also managing data and automating processes, especially when budgets, teams and technical capacity are stretched.

“Partnering with Creatio enables us to deliver exactly that – combining powerful, no-code technology, with strategy and execution. Whether it’s a charity looking to improve donor journeys or a commercial brand striving to deliver connected customer experiences, Creatio’s platform helps us turn transformation into action – quickly and affordably, without the usual blockers.

“Creatio brings the technology; Salocin Group brings the strategic context and delivery muscle. Together, we turn complex journeys into scalable, self-serviceable solutions that move fast and stay flexible.”

Designed for a new era of business automation, Creatio is designed to help customers digitalise workflows, enhance customer and employee experiences, and boost the efficiency of commercial and operational teams.

Creatio senior vice president of global channels Alex Donchuk commented: “Salocin Group is known for its deep sector expertise, results-driven advisory and commitment to making technology accessible and impactful – for commercial businesses and charities. We’re delighted to welcome them into our partner collective.

“Together, we’ll help more organisations across the UK and Europe embrace no-code as a fast, flexible way to achieve digital success.”
