Kyprianou, who will stay with the business until July 7 to support a smooth and orderly transition, joined Go Inspire in 2021 as proposition director (customer communications management and digital customer experience), after a career spanning over 20 years at Communisis, Williams Lea Tag, RR Donnelley and Paragon.
He was promoted to managing director in 2023, succeeding Patrick Headley who stepped down after 30 years with the business.
Go Inspire says Kyprianou has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution and growth, strengthening client relationships and reinforcing its market position.
Xerox Digital Services president Matt Dollus said: “Dimitri has made a significant contribution to Go Inspire over the past several years, and we are grateful for his leadership and ongoing commitment to a smooth transition. I am delighted that Danny will assume the role, as he brings deep understanding of the business, strong strategic leadership and a clear vision for the future.”
Cook, who moves up from chief operations and delivery officer, has been at Go Inspire since July 2019, joining as operations director from Howard Hunt. Prior to that, he worked at CPI Books UK and Tech.
He has been a key member of the Go Inspire leadership team and the company says he had consistently demonstrated the capability, strategic insight and client focus required to lead the business through its next phase of growth.
Cook said: “I would like to thank Dimitri for his leadership and support, and I am pleased to be working alongside him during the transition period. Go Inspire has a strong team, clear momentum and an exciting future ahead. I look forward to building on the strong foundations already in place.”
