TalkTalk extends marketing brief with Go Inspire Group

talktalkTalkTalk has strengthened its relationship with Go Inspire Group by extending and broadening its contract with the marketing communications company which first started working with the telecoms and broadband giant in 2019.

The contract, which was originally awarded following a competitive tender and includes transactional mail, customer communications and customer acquisition marketing, has now been broadened to cover certain aspects of analytics and data enhancement.

The company will work with TalkTalk’s other marketing agencies, including The & Partnership and M/Six Communications.

Having launched as a print firm back in 1992, the Go Inspire’s services now span customer analytics and segmentation, CRM and loyalty management, and total campaign and marketing communications management, as well as regulatory and transactional communications.

The company is now keen to become what it describes as a “true marketing performance partner”, helping clients to solve business and marketing challenges. Earlier this month, Go Inspire appointed former Royal Mail chief Jonathan Harman to support this latest growth phase.

The group’s other clients include Tesco, Close Brothers, and British Gas and one of Talk Talk’s biggest rivals, BT.

Go Inspire Group sales and commercial director Ben Snutch commented: “Naturally we are absolutely delighted to renew our commitments with the TalkTalk brand. The initial phase of the relationship was about efficient execution of customer communications and process optimisation. Moving forwards we shall also have an eye on supporting TalkTalk in improving ROI and achieving strategic goals around transformation.”
