The solutions, Target Prospect and Marketing Enrich, include permissioned UK consumer datasets to boost customer acquisition and better understand customers through predictive insights.
Sagacity maintains that the solutions can help significantly improve marketing effectiveness and performance, and lead to greater returns on investment, across sectors including financial services, insurance, retail, utilities, ecommerce and travel.
The Target Prospect consumer dataset is said to provide intelligence that can improve customer acquisition and overall experience. The solution is designed to help businesses understand who the best target audience is and sources new, relevant prospects through compliant, pre-verified, up-to-date information supporting personalised, targeted postal campaigns.
Meanwhile, it is claimed that Marketing Enrich can significantly enhance a marketer’s existing customer data, unlocking advanced insights and segmentation capabilities.
Built upon a marketing data asset repository which holds multiple consumer data sources, Marketing Enrich offers a set of predictive and descriptive attributes that are said to provide an in-depth view of individuals, postcodes and property types. This, Sagacity insists, enables a deeper understanding of the customer and helps drive more effective engagement, highly targeted campaigns, and more cost-effective outreach.
Equifax UK director of strategic alliances and partnerships Matt Jones said: “From financial services to retail, understanding customer needs and developing effective engagement solutions remain key marketing growth challenges for businesses in today’s competitive landscape.
“Our expanded partnership with Sagacity, and the introduction of solutions like Marketing Enrich and Target Prospect, directly addresses this.
“By leveraging Sagacity’s data assets, we are providing UK businesses with a more insightful view of the consumer population. This enables them with the ability to gain a deeper, more predictive understanding of their audience, all underpinned by robust governance, to deliver truly personalised and relevant customer experiences.”
Sagacity chief revenue officer Dean Standing added: “We’re thrilled to be reinforcing our long-term relationship with Equifax through this new partnership, delivering data to help connect with UK consumers. Supporting businesses with their customer acquisition as well as customer data enrichment remain at the forefront of Sagacity’s mission, so to be further powering Equifax with our leading consumer data is an exciting opportunity.”
